Grape Varieties: 50% Vinhas Velhas, 50% Viosinho.
Tasting Note: Golden yellow. Rich aroma of fruits such as grapefruit and guava associated with notes of spices, minerality and beeswax. Mouth with pure fruit, texture and freshness in an impressive balance. Long and creamy finish, but vibrant and full of character.
Gastronomy: The complexity and structure of this wine allow it to accompany not only refined and complex fish dishes, but also strong cheeses. Recommended consumption temperature 10ºC to 12ºC.
Vinification: Manual harvest with selection on a table of choice. 50% of the wine results from fermenting grapes from our most traditional and oldest white vines, with (traditional) tanning inside heavy vats, with indigenous yeasts. The other 50% is the result of our best Viosinho barrels, with fermentation and aging on total lees for 10 months in 400L French oak barrels.
Winemaker: Diogo Lopes
