João Clara Alvarinho Branco 2018

JOÃO CLARA ALVARINHO is the result of the first white vine plantation of Edite Alves. It is a delightful, genuine Alvarinho, full of personality.

Grape Varieties: 100% Alvarinho

Tasting Note: Shows an intense yellow colour, in the aroma white flowers are dominate with citrus notes, in the mouth is velvety, has a fresh fruity finish.

Gastronomy: Combines well with elaborated fish dishes or simple meats.

Vinification: The harvest was manual, the press of the whole bunch, followed by cold decanting. Fermented and aged in new French oak barrels.
