Grape Varieties: Arinto and Cercial.

Tasting Notes: Aromatic complexity, highlighting notes of dried fruits and candied fruit. A wine of great structure that, combined with its acidity, makes it high-quality, vibrant and with great gastronomic aptitude.

Vinification: Cercial harvested in the 2nd week of September, fermented and aged for 7 months in used 400L French oak barrels. The Arinto was harvested in the 3rd week of October, total fermentation and aging for 7 months in new 400L French oak barrels.
