Grape Varieties: Arinto, Antão Vaz and Verdelho.
Tasting note: Wine with a golden citrine color, elegant aromas of some complexity, with a predominance of stone fruit and slight notes of wood, where it fermented. Elegant mouth with noticeable greasiness, well integrated with the acidity, providing a pleasant finish with some persistence.
Aging: 6 months in French oak barrels with fine lees batonnage.
Serving Suggestions: This wine will shine when paired with oven-baked fish or traditional Alentejo cuisine. Perfect companion for Soft Cured Cheeses. It should be consumed at a temperature of 8ºC.
