Profile: White wine from overripe grapes.
Grape Varieties: Petit Manseng.
Tasting Note: Golden yellow, amber. Fresh and delicate aroma with hints of honey, peach, white flowers and confit fruit. On the palate it is sweet, acidity very present, candied apricots, white truffles. Complex and harmonious. Long and elegant finish.
Winemaking: The harvest took place on the 18th of November for small boxes. Vertical pressing of the whole bunches, natural decantation at 10ºC. Fermentation in French oak casks. Stage in hooves, with fine lees until the batch is formed. Smooth filtration before bottling.
Gastronomy: Ideal as an aperitif or with strong cheeses, Foie Gras and puff pastry sweets. It should be served at a temperature of 7 to 9ºC. Ageing Potential: If well stored, consume until the end of 2030.
