Tasting Note: This Lot 3 seeks to be an old Dão with a modern approach. It has a light color, is low in alcohol, fresh and easy to drink like the wines of the past, but it has the aromatic beauty, the intensity of fruit in the mouth and the balance provided by the current viticulture and oenology.
Vinification: It was vinified in stainless steel vats, with smooth extractions. Aged for 12 months in used 225-liter oak barrels.
