Tasting Notes: On the nose is mineral with wet stone and a smooth spice. Full bodied and very creamy. Beautiful acidity that ends long and very elegant.

Vinification: CCareful selection of the best south-fac-ing plots. Handpicked grapes into small boxes and carried to the winery in a short period of time. Soft pressing of the whole de-stemmed grapes. Slight settling of the must. Fermentation in French oak barrels with bâtonnage on total lees for 6 months.
