Grape Varieties: 70% Touriga Nacional, 25% Touriga Franca, 5% Sousão.
Tasting Note: On the nose, the wine shows attractive concentrated, mature fruit with hints of aromatic herbs adding to its great complexity. The wine is robust and full on the palate with balancedtannins and exceptional quality. A wine that is still young with great ageing potential.
Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel vats before ageing for 18 months in Allier French oak casks. Bottled in August 2019.
Pairing: Rich mushroom dishes, such as ravioli. Risottos.
Storage Time: 10 Years.
