Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional 55%. Touriga Franca 45%.
Tasting Notes: Ruby color, aromas of red fruits as strawberries and raspberries, with balsamic notes. On the palate, shows elegant tannins, a great freshness and some nuances of spices. A very fascinating wine.
Winemaking: The grapes were transported in 22 kg boxes to the winery. They were kept in cold storage for 12 hours, then carried by gravity to the fermentation thanks. Vinification was done in wooden tanks and stainless-steel vats. The wine was then aged 12 months in oak tanks, followed by 8 months in concrete vats.
Gastronomy: Goes well with English Roast Beef, Oven-baked Red Seabream and Cod “Espiritual”. Service Temperature 16 to 18 celsius degrees.
