Vinification: 1. Fermentation without skin at controlled temperature in used oak and chestnut casks. 2. It makes malolactic. 3. It was 6 months in pipes and stainless steel (50/50) without sulfur. 4. It is bottled unfiltered, glue-free and sulfur-free!

The original João Pato lived between 1920 and 1984 and was reborn in 2018 in the spirit of the Duckman. The Duckman spirit is not easy to define, it is a mixture of heritage from our ancestors with an inter-generational spirit of looking at the world in general and wine in particular. In addition, it defined itself as an ART-isanal Wine Project that aims to raise questions about the customs and trends associated with the world… and also that of wine.
Duckman wants to support Bahian artists, in their most diverse areas, from photography, music, writing... The Duckman also doesn't forget his people, neighbors, friends who help us to have a more meaningful life, producing manual brochures, fabric sculptures, etc...

The wines presented here result from the exclusive use of grapes produced by us from autochthonous varieties (Bairrada region), from small editions and reveal unexpected sensations that raise questions! We minimize the use of sulfur dioxide, the wines are not always filtered and the wines are vegan (we do not use any products of animal origin during the entire manufacturing process).
