Tasting Notes: This wine presents a translucent-like appearance with a charming pale golden hue. Its vibrant scent is fruity, citrous, pristine, invigorating, and mineral-infused. When tasted, it impresses as a generous wine displaying harmony, vitality, and a lingering finish. Ideal for pairing with grilled fish, white meats, or enjoying on its own.

Vinification: The entire lot is fermented in stainless steel tanks, with no contact with skins, during 21 days. Batonnâge is done for three months, once a week, after fermentation.

Ageing: Unoaked.
