Quinta de Saes Rosé 2023

Grape varieties: Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz, Jaen and Baga. Vines aged 15 to 45 years.

Tasting Note: Mineral scented with fresh tropical fruits. Smooth and fresh on the palate with an elegant fruit and balanced acidity that provides a very long finish.

Soil: Granite with lines of clay and sand.

Vinification: This wine is obtained after manual harvesting of the grapes for boxes. This is followed by a short pressing where the tear wort is obtained followed by a slow fermentation in stainless steel vats in order to preserve all the elegance and aromatic characteristics.
