Tasting Note: Very distinct and complex aromas with light floral notes, dry bush, black plum, blueberries. In the mouth it is very deep and complex, with a
slight mineral touch and high level tannins that give it a long finish.
Winemaking: GFermented in mills with treading on foot.
Ageing: 16 months in French oak barrels.
