Tasting Note: Cherry red color, with good intensity. Clean aroma, with good intensity and complexity. The notes stand out with ripe red fruits, bergamot and floral (violets). Slight spices. Set with presence but elegance. Soft attack, medium body but good structure and excellent mouth aroma. Fresh acidity with dry and well integrated tannins that give it elegance and gastronomic profile. Balance set.
Consumption: It should be enjoyed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Winemaking: Manual harvest for small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the choice table. Total destemming followed by gentle crushing. Fermentation in a granite mill with indigenous yeasts. Smooth daily reassembly. Wine not filtered or stabilized by the cold. You can create a deposit.
