Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.

Tasting Note: Of a deep ruby color, TalentVs Grande Escolha is a Douro wine with an expressive aroma, with floral and mineral notes and ripe fruit. In the mouth, it reveals the personality of the 3 grape varieties that give it body, floral notes, spices and volume of tannins. The aftertaste is very persistent.

Winemaking: Classic vinification in stainless steel vats with temperature control, plus 10 days of maceration in vats with the wine masses.

Ageing: 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.

Pairing: Buttered Goat and Sheep cheeses, traditional sausages, red meats, delicate and consistent dishes.

Ageing Ability: Many years after bottling.
