Grape varieties: 100% Merlot
Tasting Note: With intense ruby color, young fruity aroma with nuances of wild fruits mixed with chocolate and toasted wood. In the mouth it is young and smooth, with some acidity and freshness, characteristic of the region. It is a full-bodied wine that fills the mouth due to its volume, intense aromas of spices and red fruits, it is a sweet wine ”. Its consumption should be moderate, at a temperature of 17º.
Gastronomy: Ideal for tasting on terraces and accompanying dishes of white meat, pasta, salads and soft cheeses, Chinese food.
Vinification: Stalking / crushing and cooling the grapes in the cellar in small open presses, where skin maceration begins and after fermentation. The treading is carried out manually with wood masses to increase further extraction of the wine characteristics of the Merlot variety.
Ageing: After the slow fermentation in small open presses, the wine passes to cement tanks and stainless steel tanks, where it rests until January next year, when it is cleaned and transferred to new French oak barrels where it ages for 6 months.
