Vinyle 2021 is made with grapes from a century-old vineyard located in the Serra de São Mamede. It was vinified and aged in 2 barrels of 500 liters previously used to vinify the Sidecar 2020 with the renowned Champagne producer Emmanuel Lassaigne who previously used them to vinify the base wine of one of his best champagnes. The name Vinyle is a tribute to Emmanuel's great passion: music and vinyl records.
Grape Varieties: Mixture of traditional varieties from Serra de São Mamede.
Tasting Note: Subtle and delicate nose is the result of the combination between the aroma of the Serra vineyards and the barrels vinified with the base wines of Champagne, which gives it a unique complexity that is transmitted in the mouth.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes with rigorous selection at the entrance to the cellar. Vinification in lagares and aging in French oak barrels for 3 years.
