Origin: This is a wine from a world-renowned variety, Sauvignon Blanc. Élio Lara worked with her on her travels around the world and now launches her interpretation in her homeland. This is a wine fermented in stainless steel, always trying to make as little intervention as possible, trying to show the variety's aromatic power.

Tasting Note: With a lime citrus color very characteristic of the variety, with a very typical aroma mixing asparagus, green pepper, wild nettle with melon and melon. With an easy and direct entrance, it opens in a mouth of great minerality and freshness. An elegant wine with a lot of finesse.
