Grape Varieties: Alvarinho, Loureiro and Arinto.
Tasting Notes: Green colour. Peach and citrus aromas. On the palate highlights the freshness and minerality in the attack along with the surrounding volume. Fresh and persistent aftertaste.
Vinification: Prefermentative cold skin contact for 4 hours, followed by fermentation at 14ºC for 25 days. After fermentation, the wine was kept in a tank for 3 months with batonnage.
Gastronomy: Appetizers, seafood, fish. Serving Temperature 10ºC.
