Grape Varieties: Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes: Light pink colour. The aroma is predominantly fruity, with notes of grapefruit, raspberries, and fresh watermelon. In the palate it is smooth, with volume, presenting a balanced and refreshing acidity. The end is long and saline.
Vinification: Handpicked. Whole bunch pressing. Fermentation took place in stainless still tank. Ageing for 6 months in same stainless steel tank with fine lees.
Food Pairing: Very versatile. Great pairings with staters as pumpkin soup, humus, barnacles, mussels, or beef carpaccio. Also surprising with Indian and Nepalese cuisine. We recommend serving it cool, at around 10º C.
