Grape Varieties: Mourisco Tinto, Tinta Barroca, Mourisco da Semente and Donzelinho.

Tasting Notes: Auburn red color. Aroma with some evolution and showing notes of dried fruits and raisins. Soft and elegant palate, with some complexity, very balanced. Balanced, long and persistent finish.

Vinification: Stainless steel vats with automatic reassembly. De-stemmed grapes, half-tanned, 1 day of fermentation with the pasta, 1 day of fermentation in an open spout with processing at 8th Baumé.

Ageing: 100% Oxidative for 5 years in oak barrels.

Gastronomy: Sweet desserts or as an aperitif.

Consumption Temperature: Serve between 12º and 15ºC.

Expected Longevity: Does not age in bottle. The wine, once opened, will keep its qualities for a few weeks as long as it is kept in the fridge.
