Grape Varieties: 100% Cal Source. Grapes from a vineyard planted on the Beira Interior plateau, in granite soils at an altitude of 750 meters.
Tasting Notes: Intense, mineral aroma, in balance with elegant notes of white flowers, citrus aromas, grapefruit and lime, together with aromas of fruit with pulp. Vibrant acidity, with volume and great aging potential.
Vinification: Manual harvest, crushing without destemming the bunch. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing: 2 months on fine lees after alcoholic fermentation, followed by 3 months in bottle.
Gastronomy: Iberian ham and other strong sausages, cured cheeses.
