Pessegueiro Branco 2023

Grape Varieties: Rabigato 52%, Viosinho 40%, Gouveio 8%.

Tasting Notes: Lemon-coloured, aromatic wine with lime and white fruit highlights. Dry, excellent acidity and very fresh in the mouth. A wine for any occasion.

Winemaking: Harvested in September, the grapes were transported to the winery in 22Kg boxes, where they were kept in a cold storage for 12h, then partially crushed and pressed using vertical presses. Natural fermentation took place with indigenous yeast and the wine aged on fine lees in 600L barrels (30%) and stainless-steel vats (70%).
