Batch of five harvests at Casa da Passarella (from 2010 to 2015) of the Encruzado grape variety. Each year, an Encruzado barrel is preserved, leading to a successful blend of this iconic Dão grape variety after five years.

Grape Varieties: 100% Encruzado

Tasting Notes: Citrus color. Aroma of white fruits, lychees, floral notes. Full-bodied, fresh and elegant wine. Long aftertaste.

Winemaking: Initial skin fermentation, final in barrels.

Ageing: In 600l barrels.

Gastronomy: More structured fish dishes and cheeses.
