Grape Varieties: 90% Viosinho, 10% Verdelho. 25 year old vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Bright and intense color. Very fresh aroma with citrus, floral and tropical notes. In the mouth, it is an extremely fresh wine, with good acidity, elegant and with a persistent finish.
Vinification: Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats for 24 days and the wine remained in contact with fine lees for 4 months with battonage.
