Grape Varieties: 100% Viosinho. 29 years old vineyards on a bilateral cord.
Tasting Notes: Bright and intense color. Very aromatic wine, combining lychee notes with floral aromas, fresh and with great minerality reflecting the Atlantic climate and our soils.
Winemaking: Manual Harvest, in 20 kg boxes. Fermentation took place for 26 days in stainless steel vats. The wine was in contact with the fine lees for 9 months and then aged for another 4 months in neutral barrels, with “batonnage”.
