Grape Varieties: 80% Chardonnay, 20% Arinto. 25 year old vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Great color intensity. It has an excellent balance, good acidity and minerality. A very elegant, fresh wine with a long finish.
Vinification: Fermentation took place for 16 days, at low temperatures, in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine aged in the same barrels in contact with the fine lees, for 9 months, with “batonnage”.
