Chocapalha Reserva Rosé 2022

Grape varieties: 70% Touriga Nacional, 30% Tinta Roriz. 25 year old vineyards.

Tasting Notes: Very bright and pale in color. Intense aromas of orange peel, notes of raspberry and bergamot. In the mouth it is smooth with good texture and fresh finish.

Vinification: Wort obtained from direct pressing and fermentation took place in French oak barrels at low temperatures. After fermentation, the wine aged in the same barrels in contact with fine lees, for 5 months, with “batonnage”.
