Dão Álvaro Castro Branco 2023

Grape Varieties: Encruzado (20%), Cercial-Branco and Bical (60%), Malvasia-Fina (20%). Vineyards aged 5 to 20 years.

Tasting Note: Mineral notes and fresh fruit combined with some citrus. Very soft and fresh texture in the mouth. Elegant, with well integrated fruit and acidity, long finish.

Soil: Granite with lines of sand.

Vinification: After a few hours of skin contact on the day of the harvest, a very slow fermentation followed for two months.
