Foudre Branco 2020

"The Foudre comes from an exceptional 80-year-old vineyard located in the Serra de São Mamede at 700 meters of altitude. It was vinified in 1961 Alsatian Foudre with a capacity of 1150 liters where it was aged for 16 months."

Grape Varieties: A mix of traditional varieties from Serra de São Mamede.

Tasting Note: The nose impresses from the first moment for its intensity and peculiarity, the result of the combination of the aroma of the mountain vines with the hue of Foudre, which gives it a unique complexity that is transmitted in the mouth where it is wide and deep and mineral.

Winemaking: Hand picked with 20Kg boxes and carefully selected at the winery. It was vinified in 1961 Alsatian Foudre with a capacity of 1150 liters where it aged for 16 months.
