Grape varieties: 30% Roupeiro, 30% Verdelho, 20% Viosinho and 20% Antão Vaz.
Tasting Note: Clear and bright, with a beautiful hue citrine, with a slight yellowish tinge. In the nose, aromas of tropical fruits, complemented by citrus notes and a soft touch to toast. Round on the palate, rich in tropical fruit and with brief nuances to honey. Balanced acidity, good structure and greasiness, with a final finish persistent.
Gastronomy: Perfect for fish, seafood or salads. Recommended consumption temperature between 8ºC to 10ºC.
Vinification: Mechanized night harvest, total destemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Soft pressing preceded by cold static decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with consequent aging in lees and batonnage for 6 months.
