Tasting Note: Greenish-yellow color, crystalline. Citrus aromas, with subtle pineapple notes. On the palate it is full of character, with well-integrated fruit, enhanced by its freshness. It maintains the citrus aromas until the end, which last longer.
Gastronomy: Perfect for fish, seafood or salads. Recommended consumption temperature between 8ºC to 10ºC.
Vinification: Mechanized nocturnal harvest, total destemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Gentle pressing preceded by cold static decanting for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, with subsequent aging on fine lees and batonnage for 6 months.
