Tasting Note: Pale lemon, with greenish reflections. Very refined on the nose, where the variety gradually reveals a seductive floral side, with jasmine and honeysuckle, light brioche. On the palate, it reinforces its purity and elegance, with some unctuousness, well balanced by freshness. With a fine and gastronomic finish.
Gastronomy: Perfect with fish, seafood or salads. Recommended consumption temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Vinification: Mechanized night harvest, total destemming followed by cold shock in a mass exchanger. Gentle pressing preceded by cold static decanting for 48 hours. Partial fermentation in French oak barrels and subsequent batonnage for 3 months.
