Concept: I was born and lived in the middle of the vineyards for as long as I can remember. We have been caring for these grapes that grow from the stone for at least three generations. This is my personal project. "Paulo Machado"
Grape Varieties: 100% Verdelho from the Azores
Tasting Notes: The Verdelho variety, born in the Azorean islands, originates unique wines, which express great freshness and tropical aromas in conjunction with the salinity provided by the Atlantic surroundings and the minerality typical of basaltic soils of volcanic origin.
Vinification: Selective manual harvest in 15 kg boxes, gentle pressing of the whole bunch, decantation after 24 hours of sedimentation, into fermentation vats.
Gastronomy: Fresh, very mineral and saline, it goes perfectly with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
Conservation and serving: Store at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC, and to be drunk at 12ºC.
Winemaker: Paulo Machado
