Tasting Notes: Light oak aromatics followed by a lively palate with mineral accents, fresh citrus and a long dry finish.
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with 10% in old barrels.
Ageing: 7 Months “elevage” in old oak French Oak Barrels.
