Grape Varieties: Blend of typical Douro grape varieties with predominance of Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela and Rufete. Old vines over 60 years old planted above 500m.
Tasting Notes: Violet in color, on the nose it is discreet with predominant freshness, green and mineral touch giving the idea of a slight wet stone. In the mouth, red fruit predominates its strong freshness resulting from a very well integrated acidity, not showing, however, very exuberant. It becomes an easy-to-taste wine with predominantly fresh notes in which there is light fruit and well-integrated toast from aging in used French oak barrels. Medium long finish. For immediate consumption despite its aging potential and predictable good evolution in bottle.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats and stone press with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention.
Ageing: 18 months in used French oak barrels.
