Grape Varieties: Arinto, Alvarinho and Verdelho.
Location of Vineyards and Type of Soil: Alcantarilha - 13 hectares of clay-limestone soils.
Tasting Note: Pale yellow color, where the floral and peach aromas are very present. In the mouth it is tense and mineral, ending with great elegance.
Vinification: Very careful manual harvesting with selection in the cellar. Direct press entire bunch. Vinified in stainless steel vats without contact with the masses at a controlled temperature of around 12-14ºC.
Gastronomy: Goes well with salads, grilled fish and white meats. It is recommended to serve this wine at 8–10ºC.
