Grape Varieties: Mixture of Algarvian Grape Varieties
Tasting Note: It is a wine with a golden color, floral aroma, sweet entry and very refreshing finish.
Vinification: Manual harvest, foot treading followed by skin contact for 3 days. Cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for 12 months.
Gastronomy: Wine for starting or ending a meal, great to accompany with desserts.
Storage and Service: Store at 6-8ºC. Serve at 10ºC to be consumed at 12ºC.
