João Clara Negra Mole was sure to happen, is the expression of the most traditional grape variety of the Algarve, elected by Joaquim João. Here we can witness the potential, splendor and authenticity of this grape variety Negra Mole.
Grape varieties: 100% Negra Mole.
Tasting Note: Shows a light ruby colour, where the aroma of red fruit mix with spicy notes, in the mouth with persistent and long tannins.
Gastronomy: Best Accompanied by fatty fish and white meat dishes and pastas.
Winemaking: The grapes fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine was in cuivaison for 15 days, followed by ageing 18 months in French Oak barrels.
