Grape Varieties: Trincadeira, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Aragonez.

Tasting Note: Having a black cherry colour, in the aroma black plums and red fruits with black chocolate touch, which mix with spicy notes from the barrel. In the mouth is full bodied with ripe tannins, having elegance and a fresh fruity finish.

Gastronomy: Goes well with roasted dishes, game and creamy cheeses.

Vinification: Grapes are hand selected and hand picked into 18kg cases. In the winery controled temperature fermentation. 25 days cuvaison.

Ageing: Aged 100% in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
