Grape Varieties: Syrah, Alicante Bouchet and Touriga Nacional

Tasting Note: Cherry color, aroma of black plums and red fruit, with touches of dark chocolate, which are well integrated with spicy notes. In the mouth it is rich and elegant with soft tannins. End of tasting with fresh fruit.

Gastronomy: Serves with meat, roast, grilled and cheese dishes. It should be served at temperatures of 16 to 18ºC.

Vinification: Very careful manual harvesting with selection in the cellar. Vinified in stainless steel vats without contact with the masses, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
