Grape Varieties: Alvarinho
Tasting Notes: Citrus colored wine with greenish tones Notes of tropical fruit and a lot of minerality Fresh, saline wine, good volume and very gastronomic.
Vinification: Alvarinho harvested in the 2nd week of September. Pre-fermentative skin maceration for 4h, followed by soft pressing. Start of fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature. Final fermentation in used 400L French oak barrels for 8 months with batonnage.
