Herdade Papa Leite My Way Tinto 2019

Grape Varieties : Alicante Bouschet, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes: Color: Opaque garnet with violet notes. Aroma: Red fruits with hints of vanilla and chocolate. Taste: Mature, very well integrated barrel, dense and persistent.

Suggestion: Serve at a temperature of 16º - 18ºC. Excellent choice to accompany hearty dishes such as wild game beans, duck rice, hare rice, a six hundred devils partridge or a Portuguese steak, or even to accompany a board of soft cheeses, from Azeitão or Serra.

Oenology: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with controlled fermentation temperature at 24ºC.

Ageing: After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine staged for 24 months in new French oak barrels, later staged in the bottle.
