Grape Varieties: Bical
Tasting Notes: Citrus colored wine with greenish tones. Fruit notes with ripe white pulp, minerality and nuances of dried fruits Unctuous wine, good volume in the mouth, persistent and very gastronomic.
Vinification: Bical harvested in the 1st week of September. Pre-fermentative skin maceration for 4h, followed by soft pressing. Start of fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature. Final fermentation in 400L used French oak barrels, for 8 months with batonnage.
