Grape Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting note: Citrus green color. Fresh and delicate aroma with notes of citrus fruits, grass and green apple. On the palate it has a smooth texture, balanced acidity and minerality, presenting green fruit in the mouth. Long and balanced finish. Complex with harmony.

Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. Total destemming. Pressing of whole grapes. Natural settling at 10ºC. Fermentation under strict temperature control. Stage on fine lees until the batch formation. No filtration and no stabilization until bottling.

Gastronomy: Ideally with appetizers, grilled fish or seafood. Best appreciated at 9-11ºC.
