Grape Varieties: Chardonnay
Tasting Note: Bright citrine color. Expressive, floral aroma with notes of fresh tropical fruits and good intensity, but with interesting complexity thanks to the signs of the granitic minerality of the region. Dry taste. Well balanced acidity. With notes of peach, apricot and pineapple. Long and elegant finish.
Vinification: Total destemming. Pressing the whole grapes. Natural decantation at 10ºC. Fermentation under strict temperature control. Aging on fine lees until batch formation.
Gastronomy: Ideally with grilled fish from our coast. It can also accompany complex salads and pasta. Best enjoyed between 11 - 13ºC.
