Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay
Vineyards: The vineyards are located at the heart of Bairrada, in Anadia, between the Caramulo and Buçaco mountains at an elevation of about 50 meters above the sea level. The older vineyards were planted in 1972, followed by new plantations in 1999.
Vinification: Total destemming, cold skin maceration, natural static fermentation at 15º.
Tasting Notes: Colour: Citrine yellow. Aroma: The nose reveals white fruit such as pear, yellow apple, stone fruit such as peach and light floral. Mouth: Good body and balanced acidity. A rich and dense wine without being heavy.
Pairing: Grilled fish, oven-roasted white meats, risottos, cold pasta.
