Maçanita Touriga Nacional em Rosé 2022

Brother and Sister, both winemakers, friends and business partners for more than 18 years and 15 wineries. Pursuing an old dream of a joint wine venture, this was how Maçanita Vinhos was “born”. Touriga Nacional our flagship grape varietal, presents it self in all its floral and aromatic splendour. A true Touriga Nacional! But in Rosé!

Grape Varieties: 100% Touriga Nacional

Tasting Note: Light pink color with cherry notes and a very intense matured strawberry nose. In the mouth suprises with its freshness and texture.

Winemaking: All bunches are inspected for quality on a sorting table before they are gently crushed and moved by gravity into temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Following a maceration period of 3 to 6 hours, the lightly colored juice is run off the skins and slowly fermented at 12ºC to preserve the full aromatic expression of the wine.

Wine Pairing: Fresh and elegant rosé. Ideal with fish dishes, seafood, salads and white meat dishes.

Storage and Service: Store at 6-8ºC to be enjoyed at 10ºC.
