Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet (Old dryland vine over 50 years old).
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby colour, elegant aromas with some complexity highlighting ripe red fruits, present balsamic notes and nuances of toast from the aged wood. In the mouth it is lively, revealing the freshness of old vines with polished but firm tannins and a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking: Grapes cooled in a cold chamber to 12ºC before being vinified. Pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation in a marble press with foot treading at controlled temperature.
Aging: 15 months in 300L and 500L French oak barrels.
