Grape Varieties: Trincadeira (Old dryland vine over 50 years old).
Tasting Notes: Ruby colour with slight evolution, elegant aromas with red fruits and some fresh vegetables, some nuances of toast and spices. In the mouth it reveals freshness and some elegance, with present but refined tannins and a long finish with good persistence.
Winemaking: Grapes cooled in a cold chamber to 12ºC before being vinified. Pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation in a marble press with foot treading at controlled temperature.
Ageing: 15 months in 300L and 500L French oak barrels.
